Corina Quah
Director of Solas Fiduciary
Corina Quah has joined Solas Fiduciary Services Pte. Ltd. to serve as an independent director on the boards of various hedge funds, private equity and real estate funds, investment management companies and related structures.
Prior to joining Solas, Corina has held several senior positions in the financial services industry in Singapore, specialising in fund administration and corporate trusts. With more than 17 years’ experience, her previous roles were with Equinoxe Alternative Investments Services, Intertrust and Deutsche Bank AG. She also worked in similar roles at HSBC and was a manager of the REITS business at HSBC Institutional Trust Services Limited.
Corina began her career as an accountant at The Financial Training Co (S) Pte. Ltd and she holds a Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in Accountancy and Marketing (Merit) from the University of Wollongong.

Damayanti Shahani
Managing Director of Principium Consulting Pte Ltd
Damayanti is a senior lawyer and compliance professional with more than 20 years of experience in both the private and public capital markets. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Principium, a compliance consulting firm that provides regulatory compliance consulting support to the financial services industry particularly in the fund management arena.
In the past, Damayanti has worked at and held leadership roles at blue-chip consulting and law firms in Singapore, New York and Mumbai in the capital markets service lines. Damayanti has also worked at a regulator during her stint at the US SEC in Washington DC, in the Division of Corporation Finance.
She is called to the bar in New York, England & Wales and India and has a Master’s in Law (Securities & Financial Regulation) on the Dean’s List and with Distinction, from Georgetown University in Washington DC.
Damayanti sits on the Executive Committee of the Singapore Fund Directors Association (SFDA), where she leads the DEI sub-committee. She is also a member of the Singapore Impact Committee of 100 Women in Finance, where she was Chair until recently.

Vivian Tay
Audit & Assurance Partner at Deloitte
Vivian has more than 15 years of professional experience with Deloitte Singapore and Luxembourg providing assurance and advisory services to clients in the financial services industry. She has extensive experience in the audits of multinationals, local and state-owned companies in the investment management, trust and banking industries, as well as experience in the audit of investments funds and private equity funds under various accounting standards (i.e. IFRS and US GAAP).
Vivian has significant experience in regulatory compliance, with extensive understanding of the Singapore regulatory reporting governance framework. Above her audit experience, Vivian worked with regulators in conducting a thematic inspection and review of financial institutions, covering capital market intermediaries, financial advisors and trust companies. She also assisted in various Anti Money Laundering advisory projects and Tax Crime Risk advisory projects for banks, capital market intermediaries and payment institutions.
Vivian has been actively involved in ESG assurance with a focus on sustainable reporting and sustainable finance, where she has served multinational clients in the real estate sector.
Vivian is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
