Christopher Page founded Paget Advisors Limited in 2025, to offer professional independent non-executive director services, particularly to offshore investment funds. He recently completed the FT Non-Executive Director Diploma and is an associate member of the Singapore Fund Directors Association.

Chris is a seasoned legal professional based in Hong Kong with over 25 years’ experience in offshore investment funds and corporate law. He worked as a senior funds lawyer at Conyers, the offshore law firm, from 2013 to 2025 in Hong Kong and Singapore, advising Cayman Islands and BVI investment funds and related managers. Prior to that, he worked as a funds lawyer in Conyers’ Bermuda office from 1999 to 2013, and as in-house counsel for a Hong Kong based venture capital manager from 1995-1999.

Chris began his legal career in Scotland, qualifying as a solicitor in 1994, and holds a law degree from the University of Edinburgh.

With over 25 years of experience in investments funds and other alternative investment vehicles, Martin has held senior roles for Deutsche, Citi, Apex and UBS in Bermuda, Dubai, Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Martin is licensed as a director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). He is also Chairman of the Singapore Fund Directors Association (SFDA). He is an Executive Committee member of both the Singapore Funds Industry Group (SFIG) and Chinese Offshore Private Funds Association (COPFA).
