Jacqueline is a multi-talented leader with deep expertise in the banking and non-profit sectors for close to 30 years. She has held frontline leadership roles in wealth management, consumer banking, and fund management at UBS, RBS Coutts, ABN AMRO, Citibank, and Allianz Global Investors.
She has over 20 years of volunteer experience focused on impactful social contributions to society by inspiring transformation and empowering countless women and young minds to embrace their potential boldly. Aside from being the past President of the FWA Singapore and ex-board member of SCWO, she volunteers on several advisory boards, including the CFA Institute DEI Code (Singapore), Singapore Changi Prisons Home Detention, Catholic Junior College, and Inspiring Girls Singapore.
Jacqueline graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration- RMIT and a Master of Science in Innovation and joins her daughter as a co-founder of an EdTech start-up.

Damayanti is a senior lawyer and compliance professional with more than 20 years of experience in both the private and public capital markets. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Principium, a compliance consulting firm that provides regulatory compliance consulting support to the financial services industry particularly in the fund management arena.
In the past, Damayanti has worked at and held leadership roles at blue-chip consulting and law firms in Singapore, New York and Mumbai in the capital markets service lines. Damayanti has also worked at a regulator during her stint at the US SEC in Washington DC, in the Division of Corporation Finance.
She is called to the bar in New York, England & Wales and India and has a Master’s in Law (Securities & Financial Regulation) on the Dean’s List and with Distinction, from Georgetown University in Washington DC.
Damayanti sits on the Executive Committee of the Singapore Fund Directors Association (SFDA), where she leads the DEI sub-committee. She is also a member of the Singapore Impact Committee of 100 Women in Finance, where she was Chair until recently.

Diana is a well-established legal professional with over 25 years of experience in both the legal and financial services industries. She spent 16.5 years in-house as Chief Counsel across Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa, leading legal teams, developing and implementing legal and ethical standards as well as managing legal risks in large financial institutions, including Harmony Capital Partners, an award-winning PE fund manager managing Asia-focused events-driven funds in the small and middle-market special opportunities, Eastspring Investments, a global asset management firm in Asia which is part of Prudential plc, Aon, a global financial services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions and Tyme, a multi-country digital banking group headquartered in Singapore. Sitting as a key executive member within the said financial institutions, Diana was responsible for spearheading high-value projects and strategizing entry into key markets within APAC from a legal, risk and governance perspective. With a proven track record in directing strategic vision and business operations, Diana’s role within Aon pivoted from legal to business, when she was appointed as its Director of Business Operations & Strategy for Asia in Retirement and Health Solutions.
Diana has been recognised amongst the most influential and innovative in-house counsels working in South-East Asia, in an independent legal publication, Legal 500’s GC Powerlist Southeast Asia 2017 within the Commercial and Professional Services sector and again for the second time in 2019, within the Financials sector.
Diana’s legal career started in private practice, which spanned about 10 years before she went in-house. She started practice as a litigation lawyer for about 5.5 years, before switching to corporate finance, fund management, banking and general corporate for another 5 years.
Transforming the delivery of legal services, Diana set up her own law firm in January 2024, THE Legal Concierge. Diana, through TLC, operates within the complex environment of funds, family offices, fintechs and other financial services players. Diana’s areas of expertise are in funds, financial services, family offices and fintechs.
Diana is a committee member of the DEI sub-committee within the Singapore Fund Directors Association. She is also a board member of several non-profit organisations include Science Centre Singapore and Equestrian Federation of Singapore.
