The event will also act as a graduation ceremony for all our members who completed our Certificate in Fund Governance over the last year, we welcome those members to attend so we can celebrate their achievements.

Soek Khim Chang

Khim is the Founder of Katalyst V Consulting, specializing in fund management advisory and business valuation. With over 25 years of experience in the asset management industry, her expertise spans audit, accounting, investment, dealing, industry development and education. She has held roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bermuda Trust (HSBC), Arisaig Partners, and Monetary Authority of Singapore, gaining deep insights into operational excellence, strategy and governance. A Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and an Accredited Director (SID), Khim serves as an Executive Committee member of the Singapore Fund Directors Association (SFDA) and the Financial Women’s Association (FWA). She is also an adjunct lecturer at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP), where she mentors and educates future finance professionals. She is passionate about strengthening governance standards, fostering professional development, and expanding the fund directorship ecosystem in Singapore.

Nicolas Huras

Nicolas Huras, Managing Partner at MiCa Group, advises on asset servicing, fund structuring, and value chain optimization. A former Senior Regional Director at a leading Swiss bank, he has over 20 years of experience in finance, a strong global network, and involvement in multiple start-ups, including the Swiss Venture Philanthropy Forum. Co-author of Circular Economy – New Solutions for a Better Tomorrow (2023), he holds an MBA, a MIR, and executive diplomas from Harvard, Cambridge, and INSEAD.

Martin O’Regan

Martin O’Regan is the founder and managing director of Solas, providing a truly independent directorship service, based in, and privately owned in Asia. With over 25 years of experience in investments funds and other alternative investment vehicles, Martin has held senior roles for Deutsche, Citi, Apex and UBS in Bermuda, Dubai, Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Martin is licensed as a director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). He is also Chairman of the Singapore Fund Directors Association (SFDA). He is an Executive Committee member of both the Singapore Funds Industry Group (SFIG) and Chinese Offshore Private Funds Association (COPFA).

Jon Robinson

Jon has a wide range of experience in the fund industry. He worked with investment consulting firms, Mercer and WTW, and was the first managing director for Vanguard Investments in the region. He serves as an independent director for investment funds, including VCC’s, and MAS regulated companies. His qualifications include being a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors.

She is the Founder and Managing Director of Principium, a compliance consulting firm that provides regulatory compliance consulting support to the financial services industry particularly in the fund management arena. In the past, Damayanti has worked at and held leadership roles at blue-chip consulting and law firms in Singapore, New York and Mumbai, in the capital markets service lines. In terms of qualifications, Damayanti is a tri-qualified lawyer and holds a master’s in law from Georgetown University on the Dean’s List and with Distinction.

Mike Sim
